FREE HIV EDUCATIONAL PRESENTATIONS MONTHLY, WEDNESDAY EVENINGS IN SPANISH AND
ENGLISH LANGUAGE
T.H.E. Clinic's HIV Early Intervention and Treatment Program offerss monthly HIV educational
programs, alternating months in English and Spanish language. Call Tracy if you need more information
at (323) 730-1920 x3225. No reservation needed. All classes take place in the basement conference
room.

- Monthly, the second Saturdays:
From 10:00am to 12 Noon at T.H.E. Clinic. Learn how to manage
diabetes and its medications as well as how to interact with other diabetes patients.

Class series designed for patients with history of heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol,
diabetes, and all those hoping to make some healthy changes in their exercise and eating habits. Registration
is free.

Chris Ifekwunigwe, LCSW, presents "Diaper Gang Support Group" for new, expectant mothers and their
supporting cast, registration is free, in the basement conference room.
- Fridays, 9:00am 11:30am:
Prenatal Class Series six sessions covering topics such as early pregnancy, labor and delivery,
post partum and parenting, registration is free.
YOGA CLASSES: ($5.00 class fee; bring your own yoga mat)
